Born in Monroe, Georgia, Kathy has been in real estate for over 40 years. When the market was good, she thrived but when the real estate bubble burst, Kathy reinvented herself and her services to best serve her clients. Now, in another phase of her life, she has reinvented herself again to help the "over 50" market. As an Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Kathy went back to "school" to learn the ins and outs of taking care of clients in their later years.
Kathy is very active in her church and currently volunteers with the Alzheimer's Association. She has also achived Volunteer of the Year for the State of Georgia, Realtor of the Year for Gwinnett County, Top 100 Residential Real Estate Agent in Metro Atlanta, Life member Phoenix Award for Excellence in Real Estate, Life Member of the Million Dollar Club, and Women's Council of Realtors Woman of the Year.
